Why These Ingredients?

Rosehip Oil

Rich in Omega Fatty Acids, Vitamin C and Retinoic Acid, Rosehip Oil is one of the best ways to combat ageing skin signs. It penetrates deep into the layers of skin easily and numerous studies show it can tighten the skin. It restores your skin’s elasticity, reduces marks and scars, balances oil secretion and soothes your skin. It is ideal for dry and mature skin.

Argan Oil

Argan Oil is taking the world by storm and more women and men are falling in love with this Moroccan Liquid Gold for the many skin and hair care benefits it offers. It is light, non-greasy and one of the best carrier oils out there to combat ageing skin signs.

Cypress Essential Oil

A powerful anti-bacterial, Cypress Essential Oil is known for its firming properties. It is an anti-microbial and fights infections, which can come in handy if you’re prone to allergies. However, it improves blood circulation and helps repair broken capillaries.

Frankincense Essential Oil

Frankincense Essential Oil is an astringent and balances skin’s pH levels. It is known for its skin regeneration abilities. It lightens marks and scars and makes skin tone even.

Rose Essential Oil

Aromatic and soothing, this Essential Oil is loaded with anti ageing properties. It also soothes your skin and leaves it soft and supple.

Vitamin E Oil

Popularly dubbed as Skin Vitamin, Vitamin E has loads to offer your skin. One of the main properties of Vitamin E Oil is its ability to repair, rejuvenate and regenerate skin cells – AKA delays and prevents ageing signs and also, reduces them. It also improves the shelf life of DIY recipes, especially when adding ingredients with shorter shelf life – here it is Rosehip Oil.

Shelf Life

This usually lasts a couple of months or more, depending on the shelf life of the Rosehip Oil you’ve used. I usually prepare smaller batches to keep them fresh, though with Vitamin E Oil added, it lasts longer.

How to Use it?

Take a few drops of the serum using a dropper and gently massage your skin with it – upwards and circular motion. Less is more, you only need a few drops.

You can use it at night, though if you skin is dry and needs more nourishment, you can also use it in the morning initially.

Don’t forget your neck when you apply on your face!
