Ingredients

Carrot – 1

Avocado – 1

Baking Soda – ½ Tsp.

Olive Oil – 3 Tsps.

Carrot Seed Oil – ½ Tsp.

Evening Primrose Oil – ½ Tsp.

Instructions

Scoop out the flesh from the Avocado and add to a mixing bowl.

Blend the carrot and add to the mixing bowl. You can also steam it till soft and mash it instead.

Add in the oils and baking soda.

Mix to combine.

Done!

How to Use the Mask?

Apply to damp skin and cleansed skin – like right after shower.

Massage it into the skin in circular motions concentrating on areas that are dry, have dead skin cells, start showing ageing skin signs, etc. Apply it to areas with delicate skin and skin that needs more care like the calloused skin or rough skin around elbows, knees, ankles, etc.

Let it sit for 15 – 25 minutes.

Rinse off with warm water.

Apply coconut oil on your skin while it’s still damp and you’re done.

You can use Pomegranate Seed Oil, Frankincense Essential Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Sandalwood Essential Oil, Vetiver Essential Oil, Myrrh Essential Oil, Lavender Essential Oil, Yalng Ylang Essential Oil, Rose Oil, etc. instead of Carrot Seed Oil.

Black Seed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, or infused oils are other alternatives you can consider.

You can add a few drops of Vitamin E Oil to this recipe.

A dash of citrus oils or citrus peels is also great additions to this recipe.

You can also add Potato, Berries, or fruits like Papaya, Grapes, etc. They also help your skin.

You can also add skin-friendly and beneficial ingredients like Licorice Powder for added benefits including lightening of skin.

Those who have dry skin can consider adding a dash of Coconut Milk or Yogurt or Milk to this recipe.
