We all love our feet soft and healthy right? How would you like to have kissable feet? Try this simple and easy foot massage oil for soft feet.

Ingredients

Castor Oil – 1 Tsp.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1 Tbsp.

Extra Virgin Coconut Oil – 1 Tbsp.

Peppermint Essential Oil – 7 Drops

Tea Tree Essential Oil – 7 Drops

Rosemary Essential Oil – 7 Drops

Rose Absolute – a few drops

Instructions

Nothing complicated! Just add all the ingredients to a sterlized glass bottle with a dropper.

Shake gently to combine.

Done!

Let it sit for 2 days before you start using it.

How to use the Lotion?

Apply it to your feet (after cleansing, of course) twice a day – morning and night. This is particularly useful when you have dry or painful feet, or cracked heels. You can use it only at night – still works good. This is ideal to keep your feet healthy and soft, and to combat problems that just started, or to prevent issues.

You can also combine all ingredients fresh everyday and apply to your feet every morning and night. make sure to massage your feet gently for a few seconds till the oils are absorbed into the skin.

Shelf Life

You can also just prepare this whenever you apply, or prepare a batch for a few weeks and store it . It lasts at room temperature – keep it away from direct sunlight. Also, check the expiry dates of the ingredients and go based on that.

Tips to Tweak the Recipe

You can use any carrier oil of your choice, or just go with one carrier oil instead of a combination of Olive and Coconut Oils. Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil, etc. are few options to consider.

You can use any essential oil that’s good for feet and choose based on your requirement and preference:

Peppermint – invigorating and refreshing, also keeps pain at bay.

Tea Tree – Keeps microbial activity, feet odor and itching at bay. Prevents swelling and scaling. it reduces the burning sensation caused by conditions like athlete’s foot.

Rosemary – Reduces strain and pain, and is calming.

Lavender – Checks microbial activity, relaxing and also helps soften feet.

Rose or Geranium – Makes feet softer

Geranium – Reduces swelling caused by edema.

Eucalyptus – Stimulating, keeps pain at bay and prevents infections and odor
