Instructions
For about ¼ Tsp. of Makeup Base, you would need 2 Smidgens each of Red and Black Iron Oxide, about ½ Tsp. of Satin Brown Blue Mica and Glimmer Brown Blue Mica. You can work out the quantity based on how much of Eyeliner you want prepared. Add all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and blend with a spatula to combine. When they’re fully combined, transfer to a sterilized Eyeliner container and use as needed!
You will have to keep blending them in manually to make sure there are no lumps, take 2 – 3 minutes to remove any lumps.
Who’s the Ideal Candidate for this Recipe?
This recipe suits those with warm skin tone. While this really brings out those with Green Eyes, anyone can wear this Eyeliner.
How Else Can this Recipe be Used?
You can also use this as your Lip Color, Eye Shadow or even a Bronzer, depending on your skin tone.
How to Use This Eyeliner?
The finishing color is what you would called deep red brown, or plum brown, since it has reddish undertones and a dark brown color that dominates the recipe. You can use this wet or dry and it looks really unique and good for winged eye makeup.
Tips to Tweak the Recipe
You can use Zinc Oxide instead of Titanium Dioxide, if you prefer it better.
As for the color pigments, it is a matter of one’s preference and choice.
If you prefer the traditional Black Eyeliner, just stick with Black Iron Oxide or Black Mica for shimmer. Or you can choose just about any color pigments of your choice and use them. You can use Black Clay instead of White Clay, if you are going for Black Eyeliner.
